However, his expertise is not limited to theory. Konstantin has successfully managed the digital transformation of national-scale networks, expanding operations to 250+ offices and 1000+ employees. Following a dedicated 24-month Deep Tech R&D cycle in France, Konstantin architected the Aimee Core Engine. His vision was specific: to bridge the gap between the rigorous compliance standards of the Insurance sector and the high-velocity operational needs of the Real Estate market.
